Built for whoever’s reading

Reports are organized by audience, not by chart type — because a sponsor, a guest, and your producer are asking different questions.

Your media kit, always current

Every sponsor pitch needs this document. Today it’s hand-built in Canva and stale by the time it sends. Now it’s one click, and it’s never out of date.

Proof, not promises

“What did my placement deliver?” gets a designed, methodology-footnoted answer your sponsor can file — not a cropped screenshot.

The guest touch that earns referrals

Send every guest a “here’s how your episode did” dossier. It’s the follow-up almost nobody does — and the one guests share.

The monthly ritual, ready-made

“Are we on track?” answered for your co-host, your client, or your own sanity — with honest comparisons that never flatter a partial month.

Frequently asked questions

The short version: paste your RSS feed, keep your host, and cancel whenever you like.

What number does the one-sheet lead with?

Average downloads per episode in the first 30 days — the metric podcast advertising is actually priced on. Sponsors don’t have to translate your stats into their language, because the document already speaks it.

Will a sponsor trust these numbers?

That’s the point of the design: downloads counted on OP3, the open standard, methodology footnotes on the page, age-matched comparisons that never flatter a young episode, and a timestamp on every report. Honest numbers are the whole brand.

Can I send a link instead of a PDF?

Not yet — reports are downloadable PDFs today, not hosted pages. In practice that’s what sponsors file and forward anyway, and it means your numbers never change after you’ve sent them.

Whose branding is on the report?

Yours, mostly: your show’s name is the headline and your numbers are the story, with a small BuzzyPod mark in the corner. There’s no white-label option today.

How current is a report when I generate it?

It’s computed the moment you click, from your full per-episode lifetime history, with data complete through yesterday. Generate it fresh for every pitch — it costs one click.
