Does a typed signature actually hold up?
It’s built to the E-SIGN and UETA standards: typed name, timestamp, IP address, and explicit consent to sign electronically, plus a hash-chained audit page in every executed PDF showing who signed, from where, and when. That’s the evidence that makes an e-signature stand on its own.
Does my guest need an account?
No. They get an email with a secure link, read the agreement with a plain-English summary alongside, type their name, and they’re done — phone or laptop, nothing to download, usually under a minute.
Can I edit the clauses or use my own contract?
No — and that’s deliberate. It’s one vetted, attorney-grade agreement kept identical for every guest, covering what generic templates miss: AI and synthetic media, clipping and Shorts, likeness promo, and an 18-month publish-or-rights-revert clause that keeps it fair for guests.
